Terms and Conditions

By booking and making payment for The Space Between® Couples Programme, both participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

1. Programme and payment

The total cost of the programme is £1,200.
If a payment plan is agreed, this is provided solely to spread the cost. It is not a pay-as-you-go arrangement. Both participants are committing to the full programme and the full £1,200 remains payable according to the agreed payment schedule.

2. Your commitment

This programme requires honesty, participation and a willingness from both people to engage with the work.
We cannot guarantee a particular relationship outcome. The programme may support couples who wish to rebuild their relationship, understand what has happened between them or reach greater clarity about their future.

3. Withdrawal and refunds

Once the programme has begun, no refunds will be given if either or both participants decide to withdraw, stop attending or no longer wish to continue.
Any outstanding instalments remain payable according to the agreed payment schedule, even if either participant chooses not to complete the programme.
A refund will only be provided if Just 1 to 11 It Coaching withdraws the programme and is unable to provide the remaining service. Any refund will reflect the portion of the programme that has not been delivered.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

4. Sessions and participation

Both participants are responsible for attending the agreed sessions and completing any work offered between them.
Missed sessions, late cancellations or a decision by one participant not to attend do not create an entitlement to a refund or reduction in the programme fee.
Sessions may be rearranged at our discretion where reasonable notice is provided and alternative availability exists.

5. Suitability and safety

The programme provides relationship and human behaviour support. It is not a crisis service, medical treatment or a substitute for specialist mental-health, domestic-abuse or emergency support.
We may pause or end the programme if we believe it is unsafe, inappropriate or outside our professional scope. If we withdraw the programme, the refund arrangements in section 3 will apply, except where termination results from threatening, abusive or seriously inappropriate behaviour by a participant.

6. Confidentiality

Information shared during the programme will be treated as confidential, subject to legal requirements and safeguarding concerns.
Because this is couples work, information disclosed individually may be relevant to the joint work. We cannot agree to hold information that materially affects the relationship, the safety of either participant or the integrity of the programme as a permanent secret from the other participant.

7. Agreement

By booking, paying for or beginning the programme, both participants confirm their acceptance of these terms.
